The Discovery Conversation

This is the no-pressure first step.

Working with someone at this depth is an investment — in time, in energy, and yes, in money. That's not something you should do blind.

A Discovery Conversation is 20 minutes. No agenda, no pitch, no pressure to decide anything. It's a chance to ask whatever you need to ask, get a feel for how I work and how I think, and figure out whether this is the right fit before you commit to anything.

I'm not for everyone. That's okay.

My work is precise, intuitive, and goes places most coaching doesn't. It asks something real of the people who step into it. If that's not what you're looking for right now — or if something just doesn't click — that's useful information. Better to know before we begin.

But if something does click — you'll feel it.

That's usually how it works. People come into a Discovery Conversation with questions and leave knowing exactly what they want to do next.

If you've been sitting with curiosity about this work, this is where you start.
